In the Pantry, Sept 2021
This was made from the Mason Jars pattern from Moda Fabrics/Ruby Star Society, although mine is much smaller (12 jars instead of 25). As usual, I made this from scraps I already had, some of which I had only just enough, and others I had to piece. I used the same straight line quilting as shown in the pattern, and bound it with this pseudo-quilt like sheet fabric which has gingham "patches" to tie in with the gingham jar "lids."
- purple berries, blueberries, mixed berries, and sliced strawberries were all purchased for the Pie in the Sky quilt in memory of my father-in-law Bill
- pumpkins, apples, lemons, and green grapes are remains of novelty fat quarters used in many I Spy baby quilts
- binding fabric, red/pink candy stripes, and gum drops are from the Candy Girl baby quilt
- chocolates are from Sukmi's Chocolates
- pastel concentric circle fabric is from the Alzheimer Raffle quilt Welcome to the Fun House
