This purple and magenta lap quilt top was donated to MP in summer 2013. Since the top is done in the friendship star pattern, I made a back that features a large purple friendship star in the center, with the rest of the back made from various gold, yellow, purple, and black scraps.
There is a light purple meander quilt line overall, with a metallic gold spiral in the center of each star.
One of the volunteers bought this quilt before the shop even opened.
