Gowan Grandchild, Aug. 2009
This baby quilt was done for my friends Rick and Tammy who are soon to welcome their first grandchild, Linley Grace. Rick is a big golfer, so I included golf equipment in one of the dozen blocks that make up the quilt. Other than the multicolored fabric I put in the border and on the back and the sailboat block at the bottom right, I used bright fabric I already had. The pattern is "Got Novelties?" from ? but it is similar to the baby quilt I made for Jasper Hathorn.
