Creative Mess : a quilt for Melanie D. (July 2017)

My MP friend Melanie is another quilter and just created a new work space at her home. I've enjoyed hearing about her new studio and seeing the occasional picture. I put together this traditional "Xs and Os" scrap quilt to help decorate her quilt ladder. The label has a quote from Michael J Fox that seems appropriate to any quilting studio: "Creative mess is better than idle tidyness."
