Dewey Decimal Dogs
ARK Telethon Quilt, Sept. 17, 2007
In 2005 I did an all cats quilt, so this year I was inspired to do an all dog quilt by this great dogs-in-a-library upholstery remnant.
I really hadn't decided on
a pattern until I started the top, 5 days before it needed to be finished, since the Ice Cream quilt was taking
up all my time. The quilt was given to a telethon contributor that donated $1000.
First quilt with all free-motion quilting.
The rust-green-gold paisley fabric on the back is our old futon couch cover.
